He is survived by: his wife Darlene Illingworth (Fisher) of Newton; his children, Shane Illingworth (Brenda) of Newton and Angela Illingworth of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Alex Illingworth, Adam Illingworth, Josie Potter, Halle Horstman and Taylor Horstman; his brother-in-law Ron Fisher; and his close friends, Doug Swank (Terri), Dennis Anderson (Julie) and Cheryl McKinney.
