Iola Rausch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iola Rausch of Newton, Iowa, born in New Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spurbeck and Una Spurbeck (Meyers); her husband Leander "Mick" Michael Rausch; her son Anthony Michael; her daughter-in-law Pam Hawbaker Rausch; and her sisters, Avis Diesburg, Opal Rademacher and Jean Dvorak.
She is survived by: her child Thomas Rausch of Newton; her sister Jennifer Rausch; her grandsons, Bryan (Angie), Todd (Renee), Scott (Meredith) and Tyler (Crystal); and her great grandchildren, Ryanne, Liliana, Audrey, Landry, Tristan, Katie, Devon, Sutton, Sloane, Karter, Olivia and Beckham.
Those in attendance are asked to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
Memorials may be directed to Knights of Columbus Council 1409 in Charles City.
