With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Belzer of Newton, Iowa, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Allison and Edith Allison (Johnson); her husband Ralph E. Belzer; her daughter Regina Wallace; her grandson Dale Joseph Morgan; her stepson-in-law Dan Wilson; and her siblings, Etta Mae Evans and Delbert Allison.
She is survived by: her former spouse Dale Wallace; her sons, Donovan Wallace (Pat) of Turlock and Kent Wallace of Hollywood, Florida; her stepdaughter Donna Wilson of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Heidi Kirkpatrick (Randy) of Newton, Michael Reavis (Rachel Panzi) of Newton, Mitchell Wallace (Katylnn Tokubo) of San Jose, Lauren Reid (Jonathan) of Northern Ireland, Julie Wilson of Wisconsin and Shelley Bloom (Kelvin) of Hawaii; and her great grandchildren, Brice, Branden, Harrison and Zara.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to EveryStep Hospice to be left at the funeral home.
