She is survived by: her former husband Ronald Van Peursem; her husband Ron; her sons, Rudy Yett (Sarah), Kirby Yett (Debbie) and Tony Yett (Linda); her stepson Mike Van Peursem (Nancy); and her sister Jeannie Struck (Steve). She is also survived by her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated to Gwen's family, or to a charity of your choosing.
