It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine Phillips (Newton, Iowa), born in Glenwood, Missouri, who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Oren and Lena H. Shobe (Ryals); her grandson David; and her husband Maurice. She is survived by: her sons, Ron Phillips (Nancy) of Des Moines, Thomas Phillips (Diane) of Norwalk and Charles Phillips (Lynn) of Tucson, AZ; and her siblings, Oren and Inez. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated to the Center for Arts and Artists (501-W. 3rd Street N., Newton, Iowa 50208), to Gerry's family, or to a charity of your choosing.
