He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer D. Clement and Bernice V. Clement (Carrigan); his children, Jim, Russ Clement and Tina Rudolph; his son-in-law Brian McWhirter; and his siblings, Francis "Bud" Clement, Robert "Bob" Clement and Opal "Marie" Brier.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Clement of Newton; his sons, Gregg Clement (Missy) of Ohio, Les Clement of Missouri and Mike Clement of Missouri; his stepchildren, Steve Ayers of Mingo, Julie McWhirter of Baxter, Lisa Hansen (Ron Dilly) of Collins and Mark Ayers (Kim) of Colfax; his sister-in-law Dorothy Clement of Newton; and his close friends, Jack, Karla Merten of Mitchellville, Rick and Martha Kimberley of Farrar. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; his 13 great-grandchildren.
