He is survived by: his daughters, Susanne Berkland (Gary) of Belmond and Kristine Burch (Rick) of Shawnee, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kariin Berkland, Mara Berkland (Dave Dyson) and Daniel Burch; and his great grandchildren, Klaudia, Isak Pepin and Sadie DeMaioribus (Bastiaan Fehrman).
