It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Dwaine Pherigo (Newton, Iowa), who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobby Dwaine and Mary Jane Pherigo (Knapp); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Anne Chambers; his daughters, Michelle Pherigo and Nicole Pherigo; his grandchildren, Amaya Cox, Jude Harris, Landon McNair and Joseph Street; his sisters, Becky Beston, Vickie Van Steenwyk and Sandy Pherigo; his sisters-in-law, Cheri Brown (Mike) and Christine Churchill (Jim Warrick); and his adoptive son Brice Peters. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews and cousins; and his many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to Gary's family and mailed to Jackie at 705 E. 14th St. N. Newton, IA 50208 or a charity of your choosing.
