Esther Ruth Mitchell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2018, at the age of 100, Esther Ruth Mitchell (Newton, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Welle and Mabel Maurine Welle (Bishop); her husband Bernie; and her sister Margaret M. Van Dalen. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Marilyn Helm, Ralph Helm, Sharon Damkot, Nancy Faber, Charles Faber, Norma Van Dalen, David Dalen, Sharon Van Dalen, Gary Dalen and Lori Van Dalen; her stepson John Mitchell; and her stepgrandson Walter Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; eight great-great nieces and nephews; and many good old neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated to The Christian and Missionary Alliance Great Commission Fund or to Ruth's family, in Ruth's name.
