He is survived by: his spouse Jean Polton; his daughter Valerie Cook (Mike) of Baxter, IA; his grandchildren, Dillon of Baxter, IA and Ian (Jessica Moyer) of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his sister Dorothy. He is also survived by four brothers and two sisters.
