He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Huggins and Golda "Goldie" Huggins (Garmon); his wife Jacquie; his siblings, Floyd "Smoke" Huggins, William "Bill" Huggins, Jimmie Huggins, Tom Huggins, Stan Huggins and Rose Grinstead; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Huggins, Betty Anne Huggins and Jimmie Munn.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Van Zee (Kurt) of Newton and David Huggins (Katie) of Lansdale, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Maggie Riggs (Aaron), Kylie Van Zee, Benjamin Huggins and Andrew Huggins; his great grandchildren, Grant and Hallie Riggs; his grandchildren, Munn, Ron Huggins (Pat), Harold Huggins, Max Huggins (Tonya) and Gary Joe Huggins (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Marietta Huggins, Janice Huggins, Sue Myers, Debbie Huggins and Rusty Grinstead. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
