He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Butler of Newton; his son Mark Butler (Jane) of Newton; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Butler of Newton, MaryLou Denato (Tony) of Marshalltown, Gary Stewart (Kay) of Jacksonville, Larry Stewart (Peney) of Newton, Chuck Stewart (Sherry) of Altoona and Bill Stewart of Newton. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
