She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Joseph and Byrdie Bertha Stecher (Anderson); her husband Major E. R. Harlan; and her brother-in-law Maynard Prashak. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Schaeperkoetter (Rick) and Ed Harlan (Sharon); her grandchildren, Brian, Michele, Heather and Eddy; her great grandchildren, Sam, Merret, Henry and R. J.; and her sister Darlene Prashak. She is also survived by children, a dog and a pet.
