She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Charles and Noviline Lewis (Wickliff); and her daughter Penny Docekal (Swihart). She is survived by: her husband Hubert "Butch" Clark of Newton; her grandson Dee; her sons, Terry Swihart (Barbara) of Newton, Clay Swihart (Sara) of Altoona, Kyle Swihart (Brooke) of Baxter and Shawn Docekal of Marshalltown; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Swihart, Rossi Swihart, Oliver Swihart, Daniel Docekal and Erica Docekal.
