She was predeceased by: her parents, James Malley and Helen Malley (Padden); and her son John Mahoney. She is survived by: her husband Harold Mahoney of Newton; her children, David Mahoney of Newton, Frank Mahoney (Jess) of Newton, Jessamyn Mahoney of California, Gabriella Mahoney of Newton and Rhonda Hoffman (Chad) of Damascus, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Evan, Elijah, Zayden, Abigail, Mackenzie and Shaylyn; her great grandchildren, Harmony and Connor; her sister Catherine Malley of Newton; and her niece Helen Mahoney of Newton.
