He is survived by: his sons, Robbie Doran of Newton and Nathan Dewar of Newton; his grandchildren, Madison Doran, Drew Doran, Elijah Doran, Miley Doran, Alayna Dewar, Gavin Williams and Lucy; and his brother David Doran (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Chris's name can be left at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton.
