With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Thomas Foster of Newton, Iowa, born in Milan, Missouri, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Foster and Virginia Foster (Elam); his wife Linda Vaughn; his sons, Sean (Hayley) of Marion, Iowa and Ryan (Melissa) of Altoona, Iowa; his grandchildren, Tyler, Camden, Lexton, Lauren and Colin; and his siblings, Linda and Leonard. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
