He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lee and Veronica Ann Chance (Johnson); his niece Emily; and his great-niece Chrystal. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Stewart (Jerry), Kenny Chance (Alicia), Carolyn Sullivan (Pat), Richard Chance (Becky Carhuff) and Tim Chance (Debbie). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; and good neighbors and friends.
