It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Wilson (Newton, Iowa), born in Charles City, Iowa, who passed away on March 8, 2017, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude McMahon and Catherine McMahon (Fleiter); her son Daniel Wilson; her brother Jim McMahon; and her brother-in-law Dennis Stewart.
She is survived by: her husband Donnell Deane Wilson of Newton; her children, Ed Wilson of Arizona and Barb Barr (Carroll) of Newton; her grandchildren, Chad Barr of Newton, Heather Bucklin of Des Moines, Ben Barr (Nikki) of Grinnell, Jessica Rother (Mike) of Newton, Kyle Wilson (Trista) of Des Moines, Trisha Wilson, Ryan Wilson (Jackie) of Columbus, Kristen Breuer (Todd) of Shell Rock, Kelly Wilson of Des Moines and Sally Wilson of Arizona; her sister Ruth Stewart of Newton; and her sister-in-law Maxine McMahon of Newton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
