She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crabtree and Mabel Crabtree (Handeland); her children, Melissa Kolpin and Curtis Adams; and her siblings, Jim Crabtree, Bill Crabtree and Connie Beaderstadt (Roy Cupples).
She is survived by: her husband Paul Johnson of Newton; her children, Jason Adams (Jennifer) of Newton, Lisa Jackson (Jason) of Katy and Job Johnson (Minako); her grandchildren, Tyler Adams, Kari Veal (Brennan), Jaden Littell (Nick), Shawna Sampson (Cameron), Shayna Johnson, Zane Johnson, Catelyn Trotter (Sid) and Chase Hauber (Logan); her great grandchildren, Jason, Zander, Piper, Briar, Maebelle, Damian and Owen; and her siblings, Tom Cupples of Knoxville, Herman Cupples, Jr. (Connie) of Newton and Louise Seals of Newton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
