Leavens (Funk); his siblings, Wane Leavens (Sherri) of Newton, Rusty Leavens of Newton, Lennie Leavens (Teresa Shaw) of Newton and Rod Leavens of Newton; his son Tanner Mortenson; his half-brother Bart Leavens (Tami) of Clinton; his uncles, Janet Funk, John Porter and Richard Funk (Saundra); and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Leavens, Jon Terrell (Jevy), Carah Leavens, Macee Smith-Leavens (Sam Tracy), Spencer Johnston, Liam, Etti, Lexy, Kendrick, Saybree, Brian Woods, Shelly Bierman and Trisha Dash.
