He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Cron (Heath) of Guthrie Center; his wife Donna Cron of Newton; his children, Shannon Van Tassel (Buddy) of Des Moines, Sharon Cron of Mason City and Brandon Cron of Jacksonville, Alabama; his stepson Clint Evans (Brenda Winchell) of Newton; his grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Lauren and Haylie; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Brittany and Katelyn; his great grandchild Kaden; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jakobie, Liam and Lane; and his brothers, Darrel Cron (Stephanie) of Raytown and Steve Cron (Kelly) of Ladora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
