He was predeceased by: his father Don Starbeck. He is survived by: his mother Debbie Starbeck (Joyce) of Newton; his brother Andrew Starbeck of Altoona; and his cousin Jason Joyce of Johnston. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
