She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Russell and Lula Russell; her son James "Jim" Rhone; her son-in-law Mark Jansen; her grandson James "Jamie" Rhone; her great grandchild Nolan Rhone; and her siblings, Vida Hopkins, Thelma Hopkins, Velta Davies and Kenneth Hopkins.
She is survived by: her husband Myron of Newton; her children, Jane Jansen of Cedar Falls, Julie Hanson (Gary) of Newton, Jerry Rhone of Newton and Jody Rhone (Ericka) of Newton; her grandchildren, Lori Schnepf of Ankeny, Betty "Janine" Riese (Terry) of Shellsburg, Dr. Jonathan Jansen (Betsy) of Hinsdale, Jason Hanson (Jessica) of Newton, Joey Rhone (Stacy) of Sun Prairie, Randy Hanson (Brittany) of Newton, Jennifer Rhone (Cameron Schmitz) of Newton, Daryen Rhone of Newton, Drake Rhone of Cedar Falls, Blayden Rhone of Newton and Bryce Rhone of Newton; her great grandchildren, Dominic Schnepf, Krayton Hanson, Gabby Schnepf, Tatum Hanson, Caden LaKose, Brielle Hanson, Jack Jansen, Christian Jansen, Brently Jones, Ezra Hanson, Ryan Riese and Lillian Jansen; and her sister Vela Bucklin (Max) of Ira. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
