She was predeceased by: her parents, Alzie Harry and Ida Lena Wilsterman (Kling); and her husband Earl. She is survived by: her friends, Alice Beatty (Trevethan) and Jean Payne (Witmer); her children, Mary Sparks (Greg) of Durham, Ruth Harris (Lanny) of Lexington, John Vogelaar (Janet) and Tim Vogelaar (Karmyn) of Nashville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Aaron Sparks (Emily) of Durham, Alastor Arbor (Alaula) of Colorado Springs, Anna Bishop (Jay) of Lexington, Christopher, Vincent (Emily), Katrice Vogelaar, Simone Galeano Gutiérrez (Deryan) of Nashville, David (Lindsay), Steven Vogelaar of Murfreesboro and Kristine Remboldt (Josiah) of Lebanon, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Anne, Margaret Sparks, Lily Bishop, Isla, Clark, Von and Stella Vogelaar.
