She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Rawlins and Archie Rawlins; and her brothers, Archie L. Rawlins and Delmar Rawlins. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Shepard; her children, Vickie Hegwood (Richard), Vonda Taylor (Ron) and Eric Shepard; and her sister Norma Altemeier. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
