He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maurice Swanson and Janice Swanson. He is survived by: his parents, Allen Church and Pennie Church (Swanson); his siblings, Alex and Amanda Church; his half-brother Doug Bucklin; and his grandparents, Diane Ivy and Ben Ivy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
