She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Nelson and Darlene Maxwell Nelson; and her siblings, Arlene, Vonnie, Sonny, Dorothy and Liz.
She is survived by: her former husband Douglas D. Trotter; her husband Doug of Newton; her children, Rob Trotter of Newton, Lisa Kruse of Newton and Tracy Chamberlain of Newton; her grandchildren, Vanessa Trotter of Newton, Chelsea Salsman (Trent) of New Mexico, Maddison Kruse of Arizona, Michael Kruse of Arizona, Gunnar Bucklin (Chai) of Newton and Allison Chamberlain of Newton; her great grandchildren, Layne, Naliapon and Salsman; and her sister Carmen Vanderleest (Bob) of Newton.
