He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hagen and Elda Hagen (Gefaller); his wife Pearl Nissen; his granddaughter Jennifer Hagen; his brother Harold Hagen; and his brother-in-law Marion Schminke.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Hagen (Vicki) of Newhall, Pam Becker (Kevin) of Atkins, Scott Hagen (Shelly) of Watkins and Todd Hagen (Jacqueline) of Shellsburg; his grandchildren, Brian, Darren Hagen (Moriah), Lisa Jump (William), Mindi Dayton (Paul), Jerad Becker (Lindsey), Kristina Russell (Tyler), Drew Hagen (Stephanie), Anna Hagen, Wyatt and Noah Hagen (Rachel); his siblings, Dale Hagen (Karen) of Vinton, Lyle Hagen (Donna) of Lebanon, MO and Jeannine Schminke of Shellsburg; and his sister-in-law Ilene Hagen of Knoxville. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
