It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Leona Grovert (Newhall, Iowa), who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Morr and Anna Morr (Zornig); her sisters, Virginia Soorholtz and Miriam Hurley; and her son-in-law Bill Much.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Grovert; her children, Susan Much of Newhall, William Grovert (Susan) of Cedar Rapids and Patricia Creech (Mike) of Houston; and her sister Barbara Revsbeck of Minneapolis, Minnesota.. She is also survived by Her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
