He is survived by: his former wife Nancy McVay; his children, Michael Schmuecker of LaPorte City, Rodney Schmuecker of Newhall and Constance Janssen (Dallas) of Waseca, MN; his grandchildren, Alex, Adyn, Sydney Schmuecker of LaPorte City, Ashley Schmuecker of Denver, CO, Cole Schmuecker of Cedar Rapids, John and Dillon Janssen of Waseca, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Genrose Schmuecker of Cedar Rapids and Adeline Schmuecker of Blairstown.
