She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Avery and Alberta Avery (Scoles); her husband Wally; and her siblings, Darrell Avery and Carrie Deuell.
She is survived by: her former husband Wallace Eckstein; her children, Terrie Seibert (Scott) of Cedar Rapids, Debbie Carolan (Rick McDonald) of Charles City and Larry Eckstein of Atkins; her grandchildren, Trevor Carolan (Alexandra) of Phoenix, AZ, Brenna Carolan of Charles City and Shay Carolan of Charles City; her great grandchild Brilynn Hunt of Charles City; and her siblings, Neil Avery (Barb) of Kearney, NE and Avery Clow (Steve) of Ankeny. She is also survived by her grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
