He is survived by: his parents, Marvin Lee Rubendall and Donna Jean Rubendall of New Virginia, Iowa; his siblings, Cindy Gunderson (Mike) of Morrison, IL and Doug Rubendall of Morrison, IL; his daughter Jenny Rhoads (Michael) of Winterset, IA; and also Shorty. He is also survived by two granddaughters as well as three nieces, six great-nieces and two great-nephews as well as other relatives and many friends.
