He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Jennifer McCord and Benjamin K McCord (Mandie); his grandchildren, Blayne McCord, Baylen McCord, Tyler Buschert, Maci Tatum (Zach), Ryan Buschert, Matthew Buschert, Adellaide McCord, Michael Buschert, Titus McCord, Lydia McCord, Benjamin A. McCord, Elliott McCord and Case McCord; and his siblings, L. Sheridan McCord and Kimball Lee McCord. He is also survived by his wife and family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Indian Valley Cemetery.
Memorials in memory of Ben may be given to Hope Ministries in Des Moines.
