He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kramer and Camilla Kramer (Kluesner); his daughter Mary; his parents-in-law, Charles and Rose Heisler (Scherbring); his siblings, Gerald Kramer (Velma), Robert Kramer and Gladys Oberbroeckling (Albert); and his in-laws, Annie Fangmann (Elmer), Howard Fettkether and Walter Heisler.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his children, Donna Kramer of Dyersville, Rick Kramer (Lois Tauke) of New Vienna, Karl Kramer (Cathy) of Dyersville, Diane Goerdt of Dyersville, Joann Langel (Jim) of Luxemburg and Bonnie Breitbach (Tommy) of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Russ Steger (Jody), Jenny Gibbs, Matt Gibbs, Jayme Kramer (Stephanie), Nicole Seipp (Mike), Kyle Kramer (Marissa), Mitch Goerdt, Ken Langel (Kelly) and Sarah Donovan (David); his great grandchildren, Abbey, Leah Steger, Ella, Emma Kramer, Gabrielle, Christian Seipp, Delaney, Parker Kramer, Axel, Levi and Madison Langel; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Kramer and Mary Alice Fettkether.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (7401 Columbus St, New Vienna, IA 52065). A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Boniface Cemetery.
