He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Westhoff and Marie Westhoff (Scherbring); his parents-in-law, Dolores and Gregor Tegeler (Hubert Geistkemper); his daughter-in-law Lynn Westhoff; and his parents-in-law, Herbert Tegeler (Doris), Gib (Sedelle), Elmer (Edna), Donald (Patricia), Ray (Irene), Tony Tegeler (Dorothy), Helen Kramer (Bill), Norma (Herb Platz), Leona Gudenkauf (August), Marcie Bries (Fritz), Lu Overmann (Irv) and Bernice Holub (Earl).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean; his children, Kurt (Amy), Brian (Judy Rosenow) of Dubuque, Doug (Gayle Kramer) of Dyersville, Chris (Sheri) of Altoona, Sally Vetter (Jeff) of Altoona, Karen Liles (Blake) of Abilene, TX and Andy (Alisa Gavin) of Dubuque; his siblings, Gerald Westhoff (Mary Kay) of New Vienna and Marilee Koelker (Chuck) of New Vienna; and his sister-in-law Bev Tegeler of Bellevue. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
