It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mae Bockenstedt of New Vienna, Iowa, born in Holy Cross, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jaeger and Marie Jaeger (Brecht); and her parents-in-law, Thomas, Agatha Bockenstedt (Clarence), Eugene Bockenstedt, Martin Bockenstedt (Virgene), Laverne "Toby" Bockenstedt (Dula), Alice Bockenstedt, John Kirsch, Bernard Weber and Kenneth Bergan.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence T. Bockenstedt; her sister Jan; her children, Joan Kloser (Dennis) of Dyersville, Ann Finn (Dennis) of Dubuque, Elaine Perrinjaquet (Brad) of Edgewood, Mary Fisher (David) of Edgewood, Barb Maiers (Paul) of Holy Cross, Dan Bockenstedt (Peggy) of Evansville, WI, Joe Bockenstedt of New Vienna and Bill Bockenstedt (Shelly) of New Vienna; her sisters, Betty Weber of Dubuque and Jeanette Bergan of Edgewood; and her sister-in-law Grace Kirsch of Dyersville. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
