He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Haworth and Edith Haworth (Hewlett); his son Steven Wayne Haworth; and his siblings, Loren Haworth, Doris Patton, Floy Haworth, Bernice Brown, Lowell Haworth and Lois Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Mitchell; his children, Sharon McMeekin (Tom) of Montezuma and Gary Haworth (Terri) of Searsboro; his grandchildren, Stephanie Crawford (Jimmy), Jill Moore (Matthew), Clint Haworth (Jentri), Amber Hall (Shane Hansen), Katie Ferguson (Darin), Amanda Bennett (Stephan) and Kim Hasley (Mark); and his sister Margaret Carter of Everton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wayne Haworth Memorial Fund and be used for a scholarship for a graduating senior that is a member of the North Mahaska FFA or the Stewart Cemetery.
