With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Koehler of New Sharon, Iowa, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Koehler and Ruth Koehler (Clark); and his sister-in-law Ruth Koehler. He is survived by: his wife Nina; his sons, Kraig Koehler (Stacy) of New Sharon, IA and Jeff Koehler (Wendy) of Los Angeles, CA; his grandchildren, Niklous Koehler, Alex Koehler (Andrea), Chase Koehler, Katie Koehler, Samuel Koehler and Henry Koehler; his brother Kel Koehler (Shirley); his sister-in-law Elenor Miller; his nieces, Cheryl Jurgess, Dawn Siggett, Cindy Strich and Vicky Nichols; and his nephew Keith Koehler.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that memorials are directed to New Sharon Fire and Rescue in recognition of their amazing support of Ken.
