He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hesseltine of New Sharon; his children, Scott Barker of Oskaloosa and Bev Stephen of New Sharon; and his grandchildren, Adam Stephen, Stephanie Stephen, Cassie Meier (Scott), Melissa Hoye and Ross Barker. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
