He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Reva Hoke Sr. (Davis); and his siblings, Hulda and Lonnie. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Whipka; his sons, Tom of Pocatello, ID, Tim (Traci) of Papillion, NE and Todd (Dee) of Oskaloosa, IA; his pet Molly; his grandsons, Joshua and Jerrod; and his siblings, Frank and Pat.
