He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mick and Winifred Mick (Lowe); his stepfather Neil Lockwood; his brothers, Larry Mick and Kevin Mick; his brother-in-law James Bond; and his nephew Todd Ferguson.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Bond; his wife Pat Mick of New Sharon; his children, Kelly Mick (Tonya Wanders) of New Sharon and Kari Chandler (Dean) of New Sharon; his grandchildren, Karlee Chandler, Gracee Chandler, Keira Blanke, Gage Mick, Kalynn Wanders, Tyler Pollpeter, Allison Pollpeter and Brock Pollpeter; his great grandchildren, Riley and Hadley Pollpeter; his siblings-in-law, Diana Mick, Donna Smith (Jack) and Jerry Bond (Pam); his stepsisters, Ruth Ann Shuey (Terry) of Grinnell and Barbara Madison of South Dakota; and his mother-in-law Eunice Bond. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the New Sharon Fire and Rescue or the New Sharon First Christian Church.
