He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max DeVore and Joyce DeVore (Schaffer); his former wife Kathryn Cooper; his wife Diana Johnson of New Sharon; his children, Jason DeVore (Wendy) of Thomson, GA, Mike DeVore (Sarah) of Jesup, Julia Aalsburg (Spencer) of Sioux Falls, Mary Berghaus (Paul) of Winchester, VA, Joel DeVore of Tampico, IL and Susan Morris (Lucas) of New Sharon; and his siblings, Janice Lee (Bunny) of Bellevue, WA, Randy DeVore (Sheila) of Prescott and Mark DeVore of Corning, IA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Sharon Fire and Rescue or the New Sharon Food Pantry.
