We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 82, Alla Mae Helm of New Sharon, Iowa, born in Pella, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Heyveld and Tuni Heyveld (Gosselink); her husband David Helm; her daughter Laurie Van Alst; her brothers, Everett Heyveld and David Heyveld; and the father of her children Dan Crosby (Jack Dawley).
She is survived by: her former husband Dan Crosby; her children, Valerie Ridnouer (Dan) of Dike, Craig Crosby (Lynn) of Eddyville, Pat Crosby of New Sharon, Pam Stidham (Garland) of New Sharon, Jeff Crosby (Sara) of North Liberty, Danny Crosby (Ruby) of Florida and Brad Crosby (Mary) of New Sharon; and her siblings, Judy Loverock of Florida and Tony Heyveld of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
