She was predeceased by: her parents, Corliss Williams and Nettie Elliott Williams; her spouse Leslie Bailey (Tim); her siblings, Lt. Russell Williams, Rev. Wendell Williams and Naomi Johnson; her son Randel Bailey; and her great grandchild Grace Rinn.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Bailey (Gail) of New London, Ridge Bailey (Ghada) of Melbourne, FL., Susan Rinn (Tim) of Denton, TX and Dinah Bailey; and her grandchildren, Ben Bailey (Holly), Christine Kline (Jeff), John Bailey, Brad Bailey, Matthew Bailey (Kelly), Zachary Bailey, Lauren Hansing (James), Norean Gardner (Charles), David Rinn (Bethany), Jonathan Rinn (Kristy) and Michael Rinn (Megan).
A memorial has been established for Sunrise Terrace, Winfield.
