She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her mother Kathleen Sanders of Independence; her children, Lonnie Borton (Cheryl) of Birmingham, Kristin Stuekerjuergen (Duane) of West Point and Brian Borton of New London; and her brother Gene Sanders (Donna) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
