He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Horace and Mary Elizabeth Eckey Stevens; and his brothers, Tom and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Karen Stuekerjuergen; his daughters, Barbara Puffinbarger (Chris Forst) of Knoxville and Angie Woodsmall (Glen) of Wapello; his grandsons, Dalton Puffinbarger, Daymon, Devon and Colton Woodsmall; his siblings, Beth Briggs (Don), Paul Stevens (Sheila) of Pace, FL and Mark Stevens (Dawn); his sister-in-law Mary Stevens; and his aunt Wilhelmina Terry of Connecticut. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
