It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver Gerald Remaly Jr. (New London, Iowa), born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Gerald Sr. and Martha Breonne Remaly; his former wife Suzanne Strickland; his wife Doris Krewson; his children, Brian (Shannon) of New London, Lori Jackson (Curtis) of Waterloo, Lucinda Cole (Jerry) of Nowata and Trudy Wailand (Mike) of Davenport; his stepson Mark Lennie (Kim) of Danville; his sister Marian of Wisconsin; his close friend Sandy Hamilton of Mt. Pleasant; his son Oliver III; his granddaughter Stephanie Cole; and his sister Margie. He was also cherished by twenty grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren.
