She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Floyd and Mary Esther Morris Oetken; her husband Theodore Lawrence "Larry" Moravec, Jr.; her son Scott; and her siblings, Linda and Jim.
She is survived by: her sons, Brett Moravec (Kristy) of Danville and Drew Moravec (Andi) of St. Louis City, Missouri; and her nieces and nephews, Mike Michener, Brian Cox, Tami Simon, Joy Oetken and Rodger Oetken.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Elliott Funeral Chapel (1 Redbud Ln, New London, IA 52645). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial has been established for Burge Cemetery.
