She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Swailes and Florence Whaley Swailes; her husband Randall Moore; her son Donald Baldwin; her sister Delores; and her great grandchild Preslee.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Gurevitch (Leon) of Hayward, CA., Mark Horn of Tucson, AZ. and Lorie Simota (Robert) of Grove City, MN.; her grandchildren, David Hunter, Kelsi Kingery and Jordan Kingery; and her siblings, Darlene Hanson (James) and Elvin Swailes (Marty). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
